The North Harbour Bistro was estabished by George Lavery in 2014.
After working all around the globe, George decided to settle down on our picturesque piece of heaven, the Isle of Scalpay.
Located next to the harbour, diners can enjoy a nice view with their meal.
The North Harbour Bistro specialises in seafood; George going to great lengths to source as much local produce as possible. George focuses on quality ingredients to produce quality dishes.
For those who aren't keen on seafood we have other options on our menu.
We can cater to those who don't eat meat or seafood (just let us know when making a booking).

Island Atmosphere
Receive a warm island welcome and enjoy the cosy atmosphere the restaurant has to offer. Enjoy delicious food and choose from a good selection of wines. We are a dog friendly restaurant so don't be afraid about having to leave yours at home.
Chef's Specials
Our chef, George creates dishes that highlight the best of what the sea has to offer. He goes to great lengths to source local produce.
Our Menus
As well as seafood dishes, we cater to meat lovers and veggie lovers (on request) so don't be put off if you're not so keen on our fish options. We also have a children's menu for our little customers. We have an array of drinks on offer including soft drinks, beers, wine and cocktails.
